Providing the Registration Data is mandatory and failure to provide, even partially, the data expressly indicated as necessary for achieving the purposes will make it impossible for the CONTROLLER to respond to your inquiries. The legal basis for processing is given by art. 6 para. 1 letter B of Reg. 679/16, i.e., the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same. The data you provide may be known exclusively by employees or collaborators of the CONTROLLER specifically authorized to process such data as data processors, and in any case, solely to complete the activities requested by you. The processors are bound to confidentiality and secrecy also based on specific internal regulations. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties. The data you provide will be retained for the period prescribed by laws and regulations. The data controller is Neod srl through its legal representative, to whom you can address to assert the rights provided by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16. The rights may also be asserted against the Data Protection Officer if the CONTROLLER has appointed one. The exercise of the rights mentioned above is subject to the limits, rules, and procedures provided by the aforementioned Regulation, which you must know and implement. In accordance with Article 12 para. 3, the CONTROLLER will provide the data subject with information on the action taken without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month of receiving the request. This period may be extended by two months, if necessary, considering the complexity and number of requests. The CONTROLLER informs the data subject of such extension, and the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request.
